BHIMBER
History of BHIMBER:
BHIMBER is a district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir . Bhimber is on the route, which was used by Mughal Emperors to enter in Kashmir . So it is also known as Baab-e-Kashmir (Gateway to Kashmir ). Bhimber became a district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in 1995. Previously it was a tehsil of Mirpur. It is situated about 50 km away from Mirpur.
